Eike's Run in aid of BIRTHLINK

Well done Eike who ran the 2008 adidas Women’s 5K Challenge in Hyde Park, London on 7th September, and many thanks to all who sponsored her run, which raised more than £700!
I am a psychologist who started working at Oxford Brookes in January this year. Ever since I got to know Ethel, the midwife who established BirthLink with neonatal nurse practitioner Kathy Mellor, I have been impressed by the charity’s commitment. I want to help the charity to grow, and continue their amazing work to help women and babies.  So, I have decided to run the 2008 adidas Women’s 5K Challenge in Hyde Park, London on 7th September! With my own (sore) feet I want to help BirthLink to stand on its own feet – and you can help, too!

Boreas Concert 1

The Boreas quintet generously staged a concert to support BirthLink. It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening which took place in the beautiful Holywell Music Room. We also took  the opportunity to update people on BirthLink’s development one year on from our launch.
